Aleksandra has been teaching yoga since 2016 and practicing since the age of 15 as she developed scoliosis and wanted to take care of her back. In 2018 she specialized in teaching yin yoga, assisting the yin culture teacher trainings, focussing on yin yoga, cacao ceremonies, tantric hatha wisdom goddesses (energetics, meditation, mantra), and creating safe and sacred spaces for humans to tune into their hearts.
She's trained with Heidi Dietrich and Heidi Michelle from Nature Yoga and Nik Robson from Yin Culture and various other teachers. She's taught over 1000 hours of yoga.
She's now teaching yoga teacher trainings around the Divine Feminine Yoga and Yin Yoga.
