As a yin yoga teacher, you create safe spaces for people to explore their inner world, a moment where they can slow down without outer distractions, meet whatever creates a war inside them, reflect, digest life experiences, nourish and relax their physical bodies, feel their emotions and move beyond the constant change of moving emotions and thoughts.

My intention for this yin yoga teacher training is that you gain confidence as a space holder and feel clear about how to share these teachings. It's an embodied yin yoga teacher training where we put a lot of emphasis on not only learning the poses in our bodies, having our own practice and time to self-reflect but also seeing everyone else and their expression of practicing yin yoga in and with their bodies.

Imagine learning and practicing the art of yin yoga within an intimate container of max. 8 people. We pay a lot of attention to the language, you will learn how to safely guide people into the yin yoga shapes and feel okay in the discomfort of being silent and truly creating a safe yin space where people can slow down and tune in.
