Anna has a background in Clinical Psychopathology (MA) and Creative Therapy (Professional Licence). She started her career as a clinical psychologist working in Hospitals, Mental institutions and prison.
Yoga brought Anna home to herself when she felt lost after pregnancy .
She found through her practice , a powerful medium to create community, reconnect to herself and heal body, heart and soul.
She graduated from The Yoga Space (200 h Yin-Yang) and pursued with her 300 YTT during the pandemic.
She describes herself as a yoga nerd, passionated about philosophy, spiritually and their practical application to modern practice.
Anna truly believes that yoga is for everyone and applies herself to design adaptive and inclusive classes, incorporating variations and props to make yoga accessible to the largest crowd.
She is a Yoga Alliance approved Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) and love sharing her passion and knowledge with her students.
She is currently studying Mindfulness and yoga therapy .
