Originally from France and now residing in Zeist (The Netherlands), I bring a unique blend of cultural and professional influences to my practice. It was after pregnancy that I discovered Yoga, which not only brought me back home to myself but opened a new career path. Drawing inspiration from Thich Nhat Hahn, I incorporate meditation and mindfulness practices into my work . Mindfulness has shown me how to reconnect with the essence of life and find balance in m y daily experiences.
