Namasté, I see myself as a Yoga student & teacher. Like every resident of Mama Gaia, I am on a journey. My travelling companions are my beloved son Noah, who came into the world in April 2021, and Yoga as a whole.
In 2010, during a trip to Asia, I came into contact with Yoga for the first time and by "chance". Yes, Yoga immediately touched my heart and I knew that this holistic teaching would accompany me from now on. Due to various events in my life, I found myself in Ashtanga (Vinyasa) Yoga. I follow this Yoga practice six times a week and notice how much good it does me. I would like to give you a gift and take you on this journey, so that you can then go your own way. It is important to me that Mama Gaia and her inhabitants are honoured and treated with respect.
For me, Yoga is an all-encompassing lifestyle that is firmly integrated into my everyday life. Yoga brings body, mind and soul into harmony. This not only supports me, but has an impact on the entire environment.
