After teaching yoga for a decade i founded my own studio in Rifferswil. For more than 5 years I now teach Yoga, Pilates and Functional Training professionally. In Viñasa Yoga classes, my focus is on the experience of a perfect alignment for each participant. I work with verbal clues, with images and I also love to use my hands to guide people into the pose. I love working on specific demanding asanas for some weeks to guide people into mastery of these poses. On the other hand, i also teach Yin Yoga in a very calm, unspectacular way in order to leave much space for individual experiences. I often end Viñasa classes with 2 or 3 Yin poses. I'm expanding my knowledge and experience by accepting new challenges in adding Kids Yoga, Yoga for Seniors and also private Yoga classes for people with specific needs. Each student helps me to become a better teacher.
My background is Poweryoga. I added Viñasa Yoga, YinYoga and Kundalini Yoga. For myself i love to practice Asthanga Yoga. I plan to expand my knowledge by taking classes in Yoga Therapy.
