I love to creatively combine powerful, flowing and sometimes challenging asana sequences with calming or balancing pranayamas and meditations. In the end body, mind and spirit feel in harmony and strengthened. Intersted in the more sublte energies of the body, I enlarged my Viñasa-Yoga knowledge by a 200hrs Kundalini and Hatha Teacher training.
In order to help people with physical or mental problems, i'm currently attending a yoga therapist school at Ayur Yoga Center.
I teach viñasa yoga, relaxing yin yoga, yoga for seniors, yoga for Kids, Pranayama and Meditation sequences and also private Classes. I love teaching outdoors whenever and wherever possible.
