I am an E-RYT 200, recovering academic-turned-yoga-studio owner with hundreds of hours in Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Pilates training. My approach to sequencing is purposeful and alignment-based, influenced by a range of yoga styles but intentionally designed to speak to the body, heart AND mind. Often delivered with a cheeky sense of humour, I set an approachable environment designed to advance self-learning and personal growth.
