Before incorporating yoga fully into her life, Margarida worked many years in the demanding field of corporate events while she was a part-time yoga teacher. The practice of yoga gave her, over the years, tools to build better skills to cope with stress and improve her physical health. In 2019, she decided to quit her hectic job for good and pursue her dream to teach yoga full-time. Margarida has been teaching now for nearly 8 years, she holds Yoga Alliance’s E-RYT 200 and she is also a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT). Her classes offer beginners and seasoned yogis alike the space for self-discovery and encouragement to grow both physically and spiritually. Margarida has also imparted several workshops, modules in Teachers Trainings as a guest teacher, and has organised many yoga-related events.
