About Belu Dominguez

Yoga has given a connection with myself, the balance between the whole being and the perspective of what is really essential.

With contemplation, respect, compassion, harmony and creativity, my classes explore the whole being: my focus is mental health as the main engine to determine the practice and its purpose.

Each class and each posture are unique, focusing students on the “here and now” and allowing them to generate awareness with their own intimacy with total honesty. It takes place in an environment of non-competition, where the mat is the safest place to experience the true being.

My teaching style is compassionate, empathetic, intuitive, inclusive, spontaneous, and joyful. She loves what she does, she enjoys the preparation of each class. It is her way of generating awareness in others, helping and accompanying each of the processes that the human being experiences.

Each person who attends, each life story, each smile, each hug of gratitude that they express makes me continue to prepare and experiment more and more to continue transmitting and accompanying.

I began my yoga journey more than 15 years ago and have about 5,400 hours of teaching and about 1600 hours of training both in the United Kingdom and in Latin America.

I have completed my training in different styles of Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga & Mental Health, Yoga & Dementia, Therapeutic Yoga and Yoga in palliative care) in London and in Argentina.

My approach is through neuroscience (as from Yoga we can rewrite our mental book and from there feel it and experience it in the present moment), and as a Transpersonal Therapist she does shadow work on the mat to help each person to be able to open up to their own internal dimensions, allowing to express their empowerment in the face of life.

I believe in accompanying and guiding students from mindfulness to explore their full potential, through conscious exploration and fulfillment. I am particularly interested and committed to the therapeutic applications of yoga.

This is my place, this is my space where sharing, accompanying and helping is my Dharma. My slogan: "Everyone can practice Yoga, you just have to breathe."
