Belu is from Argentina and she entered in the path of Yoga 14 years ago in California, then she settled in London where she took her Teacher Training (500 hours, Accredited by YAP UK as a Senior Yoga Teacher with more than 4900 hours of teaching) and RYT 500 YA.
Actually she lives in London -UK and she is teaching private classes, group classes, workshops, Masterclasses and Yoga Teacher Trainings both in Argentina, United Kingdom and abroad. Due to the COVID-19 all of her job is on-line.
Yoga gives her and has given the connection with herself, the balance between her whole and the perspective of what is really essential.
With contemplation, respect, compassion, harmony and creativity her classes explore being in its entirely. Her focus is mental health as the main engine to determine the practice and its purpose. Each class it takes place in an environment of non-competition, where the mat is the safe place to experience the true Being.
She has an holistic approach to yoga through neuroscience (as through Yoga we can rewrite our mental book and from there feel it and experience it in the present moment) and the Transpersonal gaze (on the mat each person may be able to open up to their own internal dimensions) As a Transpersonal Coach she use the Yoga as a tool to integrate physical-mental-emotional health skills for a wellbeing.
Her specializations are: Yoga for Post-Traumatic Stress (Trauma Informed Yoga), Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga in Palliative care, Yoga for Dementia and Yoga for Mental Health.
She studied with Shiva Rea, Richard Freedman, Heather Manson, Kelly McKonigal, Tias Little, Judith Lasater, Paul and Suzee Grilley, etc where she acquired the theoretical and practical tools necessary to experiment and share.
She loves what she does, she is going down the path of her Dharma.
