Elisabeth Erlandsson Kaufmann is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) and a Continuing Education Practitioner (YACEP) trained in the Sivananda Hatha Yoga tradition at Yoga Vidya in Germany and in the Yin Yoga tradition with Magdalena Mecweld, Sarah Powers, Bernie Clark and Paul Grilley. She has been practicing yoga for over thirty years, including the last seventeen as a yoga teacher. Until 2016 she had her yoga lessons on evenings and weekends beside her full time job as a high school teacher (German, French, Spanish and Swedish). In June 2016 she decided to go for the full time yoga teacher option and founded Yoga Productions (yogaproductions.se), mainly focusing on yin yoga and developing workshops and trainings in this area. 2018 she founded the Arboga Yin Yoga Academy (read more at ayya.se), where she is training new Yin Yoga teachers, and also in 2018 her Swedish Yin Yoga Book Lilla Positionsboken was published.
During the Pandemic Elisabeth started to develop online courses and teacher trainings in Yin Yoga (in Swedish). Currently she's planning to give her yin yoga teacher training in German as well and has started to translate her videos and course materials.
