Elisabeth Kaufmann is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) and Continuing Education Provider (YACEP)  with Yoga Alliance. She was trained in the Sivananda Hatha Yoga tradition with Yoga Vidya and studied with Magdalena Mecweld, Sarah Powers, Bernie Clark...

Elisabeth Kaufmann is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) and Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with Yoga Alliance. She was trained in the Sivananda Hatha Yoga tradition with Yoga Vidya and studied with Magdalena Mecweld, Sarah Powers, Bernie Clark and Paul Grilley to be a Yin Yoga teacher. She provides yin yoga teacher trainings and continuing education both online and live in her yoga studio (Arboga Yin Yoga Academy, ayya.se) in Arboga, Sweden. Her book Lilla Positionsboken, a Swedish guide to yin yoga with more than 80 yin yoga postures, was published in 2018.
