As a yoga facilitator, my sessions meet you where you are. They are conducted in a safe, inclusive, client-centred environment that focuses on your goals. Movement sequences and cues employ a variety of elements (e.g. Core Yoga, Tensegrity, Chair and Restorative yoga) to offer choice with respect to your preferences and learning needs. Postures used will help you connect with your breath (mindfulness), core (strength) and connective tissue (stretch) to promote balance, space, and harmony in your body’s ecosystem.
My workshops reflect my knowledge. I will not offer anything beyond what I practice personally and what I have received deep instruction in.
I claim no personal lineage to the vast history of this practice, and acknowledge that there are many tradition holders who are best suited to teach Yoga Philosophy specifically, so I do not centre myself in these specific teachings.
Through my Therapeutic Yoga training, I add an evidence-based lens to my practice and teachings.
