I started in the Yoga path as a way to calm my mind, to cope with anxiety and I found a calling there. I am also a licensed Buddhist and Transpersonal Psycotherapist and I combine Mindfulness and Meditation into my classes.

I had been training teachers since 2013 in 200hr and 300hr format and in several workshops on Ayurveda, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Teaching Techniques, Yin Yoga, headstands and much more.
My home is now in Norway, after going around the world and teaching in such remote places as Argentina, Spain and the UK.

In 2017, I had to use everything I knew about yoga and recovery to overcome a life-threatening brain tumor and subsequent surgery. One year later, I went on stage giving a lecture at the prestigious TEDx, and I am writing a book about dealing with life-changing crises using yoga and meditation as practical and down-to-earth tools.
