I started in the Yoga path as a way to calm my mind, to cope with anxiety, and I found a calling there. I am also a Buddhist and Transpersonal Therapist, and I combine Mindfulness and Meditation into my classes.

I have been training teachers since 2013 in 200hr and 300hr format and in several workshops on Ayurveda, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Teaching Techniques, Yin Yoga, headstands and much more.
My home is now in Norway, after going around the world and teaching in such remote places as Argentina, Spain, and the UK.
I believe in being always a student, and bringing to the mat whatever you are eager to explore: the mat is your laboratory, there we find a representation of how you behave with yourself out in the world.
