MACY ELARDE-FRESNOZA is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) and was recognized as an expert in one or more of the Yoga Alliance’s educational categories. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) since 2017 and has been teaching Movement and Fitness Education for a decade since 2011. She is a Clinical Fitness Professional certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, a Master Teacher, author and content consultant for Physical Education and Health books in the Philippines. She graduated with the degree Bachelor of Physical Education and had earned her Master's degree, Master of Arts in Education with Specialization in Physical Education. At present, she is pursuing her Ph.D. degree, Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction.
