MACY ELARDE-FRESNOZA has completed her training in the Yoga Capital of the World- Rishikesh, India. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance and has been teaching Movement and Fitness Education for a decade since 2011. She is a Clinical Fitness Professional certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, a Master Teacher, author and content consultant for Physical Education and Health books in the Philippines. She graduated with the degree Bachelor of Physical Education and had earned her Master's degree, Master of Arts in Education with Specialization in Physical Education. At present, she is pursuing her Ph.D. degree, Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction.
