About Tulaflowyoga

We offer specialised Yoga Teacher Trainings and Continuing Education for Yoga Teachers.In our Education Programs it is our highest priority to ensure a high quality training , in depth study and practical teachings , making sure our teachers can create a safe practice space for students , getting the right practical skill set in order to find their own unique voice as teachers with confidence and knowledge.

In 2013 she completed her first 200 hour Mulit- Style Yoga Teacher Training in Dharamsala , India with Trimurti Yoga School (RYS) , focused on Yogic anatomy and various different styles like Ashtanga , Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin which she personally likes to combine during her own practice and therefore share that experience with her students  - “ Different bodies , different needs . Its about finding the balance ( tula) in everything .”

In 2017, she completed a 300 hour Jivamukti Teacher Training under the guidance of Sharon Gannon ( Co-founder of the method ) , Yogeswari and Moritz Ulrich. Later in 2017 she started studying and practing the Insight Yoga method as taught by Sarah Powers.

2018 she completed a 500 hour intensive apprenticeship program in the Jivamukti Yoga method with her mentor Miriam Iannone ( advanced certified Jivamukti teacher ) who has shared with her the art of sequencing and hands on assists .

2020 she completed a 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training focused on functional anatomy with Sebastien Pucelle and Murielle Burrelier ( With-Yin Yoga ).

Later in 2020 Janine started exploring the benefits in the alignment and precision of the Iyengar Yoga mehtod.

She is currently getting certified as a Breathwork Facilitator - in the practice of Rebirthing, Holotropic Breathing and the general practice of Breathwork .Janine continues to explore the blend of various different styles and likes to share the benefits of a well balanced Yoga practice , integrating Yin and Yang sequences supported by Yogic teachings , gracefully incooperating music to assist those benefits . 

Over the past two years , Janine has facilitated over 10 Yoga Teacher Trainings and guided over 200 people through the 200 hour Multi-Style Teacher Trainings for Green Yoga in Mallorca and is grateful to be part of their journey . She is part of the global Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Community as well as Yoga Alliance Continuing Education provider for teachers from all around the world. She found her dharma in teaching Yoga about 7 years ago  - she is convinced that Yoga is for everyone and that it offers opportunity to come home to oneself . Her passion lies in sharing  exactly that with students and future Yoga teachers . She never stops  learning - her knowledge comes from various different methods , therefore Tula Flow Yoga is a heart felt project that brings together all important aspects of Yoga and Yoga teaching . Her teaching comes with integrity - therefore she feels she will never stop being a student of Yoga.
