Janine’s Yoga journey started in 2011 during her late teens. First for the physical practice but not long after that for the feeling of wholeness , a calm mind and the ability to see things differently.
In 2014 she completed her first 200 hour Mulit- Style Yoga Teacher Training in Dharamsala , India with Trimurti Yoga School (RYS) , focused on Yogic anatomy and various different styles like Ashtanga , Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin which she personally likes to combine during her own practice and therefore share that experience with her students - “ Different bodies , different needs . Its about finding the balance in everything .”
2017, she completed a 300 hour Jivamukti Teacher Training under the guidance of Sharon Gannon ( Co-founder of the method ) , Yogeswari and Moritz Ulrich.
2018 she completed a 500 hour intensive apprenticeship program in the Jivamukti Yoga method with her mentor Miriam Iannone ( advanced certified Jivamukti teacher ) who has shared with her the art of sequencing and hands on assists .
Later in 2018 she started studying the Insight Yoga method as taught by Sarah Powers .
2020 she completed a 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher training focused on functional anatomy with Sebastien Pucelle and Murielle Burrelier ( With-Yin Yoga .
Janine continues to explore the blend of various different styles and likes to share the benefits of a well balanced Yoga practice , integrating Yin and Yang sequences supported by Yogic teachings , gracefully incooperating music to assist those benefits .
She is currently teaching for Green Yoga International , a teacher training school based in Mallorca , Spain , guiding people through 200 hour Multi-Style teacher trainings and is grateful to be part of their jounrey.
