I am a passionate yoga practitioner and mental-wellness advocate. I have been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2017.
I enjoy and teach many different forms of yoga but my deepest passion is that of Yin. The practice of stillness and depth, learning about one's edges both physically and mentally. Understanding that this practice is about listening intently to your body, cultivating a deeper connection to that body and honouring where it is at that moment. Yin is both an art and a skill.
