I have been learning and teaching yoga passionately for the past 20 years. It has brought me joy, balance, curiosity and above all kept me sane during the wonderful but often trying years of bringing up 3 little kids with very strong, loveable and often mischievous characters! (now all grown and almost responsible adults!)

Yogic Studies
My Hatha yoga studies started during my University years in the 1980’s in Bath, England. A few years later I was introduced to the practice of Sivananda Yoga in New York and Iyengar Yoga in England. On moving to Switzerland I went to my first Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga class.
Qualifications
In 2005 I successfully completed an International Teacher Training course in Zürich, under the professional guidance of Clive Radda, Glenn Ceresoli and Lance Schuler. In 2013 I completed my 300 hour International Advanced Teacher Training in Airyoga, Zürich. I regularly visit workshops here and abroad with international yogis such as Shiva Rea, Dharma Mittra, Anna Forrest, David Swenson, amongst others, and had the privilege of joining a week’s workshop with Sri Pattabhi Jois in London in 2000.
I qualified as a Hypnotherapist in September 2015 and since then have been working with students to help resolve issues that vary from fear of flying, fear of public speaking, anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, general change in life …
