When I had fibromyalgia because of stress in my life, I started to do yoga. I did sports actively in different fields but none solved my stress. I was burning out then I started to do yoga. Then I had my first training in 2015. Till then I am teaching vinyasa, hatha, flow, yin, restorative and power yoga as in style.
I am passionate in human so I want to learn more deeply about human.
