Virginia Corpus-McDermott, E-RYT200 and RYT500, is the person behind Movement Vitality. She is an experienced Brisbane-based yoga teacher. Trained by YogaWorks (Annie Carpenter) in 2008 and Noah Maze (YOGAMAZE) in 2017, Virginia teaches alignment-based yoga. Virginia is also certified to teach the Roll Model® Method, having trained directly with Jill Miller, founder and creator of the Roll Model® Method and Yoga Tune Up Balls.
Virginia is also a CrossFit athlete and has earned the designation of CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
