Virginia Corpus-McDermott, E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500 and the person behind Movement Vitality, is a Brisbane-based yoga teacher. Trained by Yoga Works (Annie Carpenter) in 2008 and by Noah Maze (Yogamaze) in 2017, Virginia teaches strong alignment-based yoga classes using intelligent sequencing. Virginia is also a Roll Model® Method practitioner, having trained directly with Jill Miller, creator of the Roll Model®Method and Yoga Tune Up balls.
Virginia is also a CrossFit athlete and has earned the designation of CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
