Parisa Simaie is currently living in Tehran and Rasht. Her academic background focuses on Business Economics. It was in 2014 that she had the privilege of being introduced to the ancient practice of Himalayan yoga. Seeking further knowledge and experience, she embarked on a journey to Rishikesh in 2016, where she underwent training at the esteemed Ashram of Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama. There, she received personal guidance and initiation into the sacred realm of yoga through the bestowal of her own mantra. At the moment, she offers online yoga classes and she also teaches yoga in her studio in Tehran and Rasht.
Since 2017, she has been passionately sharing her expertise as a yoga instructor. she has named her classes "Tantra Art," a space where individuals begin by aligning their spiritual essence with their Ayurvedic profile. From there, they delve into the gentle flow of asanas, harmonizing their breath through pranayama, and gradually transitioning into yoga nidra. The culmination of each class is a profound meditation practice, accompanied by the resonating chant of the sacred "Om" mantra.
In 2023, she furthered her education by attending a reputable yoga school in Goa, where she attained a comprehensive 500-hour certification. Additionally, she embarked on a transformative journey in Reiki, successfully completing a course under the guidance of her esteemed Tantra and Meditation teacher, Dr. Suresh.
As she progresses on the path of yoga, she embraces the role of both a devoted student and a dedicated teacher. Her thirst for knowledge in the realm of yoga remains unquenchable, perpetually driving her to explore and deepen her understanding of this ancient discipline.
