I am trained in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Mindfulness, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Baby Yoga, Restorative and Yin Yoga, and Pain Management. I also specialize in Stress Management and give private yoga sessions to anyone who has an injury or pain, or needs tips and yoga to handle their busy life.
