Laura is a yoga teacher specialized in Yin Yoga Teacher Training. She teaches yin, yin & yang and hatha yoga, Buddhism, meditation, mindfulness and Taoist practices. She loves Yin, Buddhist meditation, nature, living by the seasons, lifelong learning, and heading to longevity.
She lives now in Málaga, where she founded Zen Studio Málaga. It offers yoga and holistic well-being services for balanced life online and in-person in different countries.
She has studied Yin and Yang Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training in Insight Yoga Institute with Sarah Powers, and has done hatha yoga teacher training in India.
She has Yoga Teacher Training in Yin and Fascia RYT300 and Hatha E-RYT200.
Laura deepened her Yin studies in with Paul and Susie Grilley, Jo Phee, Victor Chng, Simon Low, Sebastian Pucelle and Murielle Burellier, and Helena Chacón Muñoz, and also has done many workshops in different yoga styles.
She has practiced different yoga styles around the world more than 25 years, and continues her studies with curiosity, openness and humility.
She was studying qigong and relaxation and mindfulness techniques in Shanghai Qigong Research Institute, which is under the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai. She also studied kundalini yoga in Koh Phangan, and got inspired of different techniques of cultivating Qi-energy.
Laura is YACEP and organizes teacher training in-person and online in Yin, TCM, Qi-energy and mindfulness.
She also provides holistic well-being courses on diets, yoga, and meditation.
