Yoga for me is a multidimensional journey that will never end.
I am a professional viola player who also became a yoga teacher during such uncertain times of 2020.
Being a musician is very rewarding, but also often stressful. Moreover, holding the instrument in one position for many hours causes frequent neck, arms and back pain. This is why I started practicing yoga a few years ago and it turned into a very important part of my life. I have noticed an incredible transformation not only in my body and breath but also in my mindset. Yoga gives me strength, balance and flexibility, but also allows me to connect with mySelf. Therefore, as a yoga teacher, I would like to share all the benefits of this holistic discipline.
I am a certified yoga teacher through Yoga and Ayurveda Center (Pennsylvania, USA) with 200 hours training. I weave classes in a style of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga with some pranayama, meditation and mindfulness exercises. Sometimes I might also surprise my students with the sounds of my viola.
