| Her Hatha based classes are playful and inspiring and focus on helping people use yoga as a tool to create happier, healthier lives. She has completed her Yin Yoga Certification. Along with yoga, Jo-Ann has recently retired and loves the ocean, the lake, time with her family and traveling with her husband to new places and meeting new people.
