Since Yoga has found me, it transforms my life. In Yoga I find balance, structure, calmness of the mind. There is so much more to discover than the postures (Asana)! I appreciate the clarity & depth that I find in the Yogic system of the Satyananda Tradition and had the privilege to train in this tradition over the past two years. The Bihar School of Yoga in North India is a source of wisdom and inspiration to me. I share a bit more where I'm coming from as a teacher in my blog.

One of my biggest passions is teaching on the Yoga Teacher Training programme at Kawai Purapura Yoga School; seeing dedicated students delving deeper in their own practice and teaching them how to safely instruct others. Yoga is for everyone and is way more than a practice! Helping students to develop a yogic lifestyle and walking alongside them during the transformative process of a teacher training, is a privilege.

Most of my classes incorporate sacred sound: Mantra on the Harmonium or songs from the heart on the guitar and handpan add another dimension to the practice and help us to go deeper. You can follow me on facebook for up to date classes, events & retreats: @ceremonywoodsmusic
