My mother started guiding me when I was about 5 years old in meditation techniques that she practiced herself. We also used to practise some asanas together 

Years later at university, in 1998, I really discovered yoga, from there I went on to do my first teacher training in 2007 and have taught ever since. I travelled the world to join workshops and Teacher Trainings, at which point, in November 2011, I opened the first Bikram Yoga Studio in Istanbul, Turkey.

Lately, I’ve been training with Sarah Powers, Paul Grilley, Bernie Clark and Jo Phee. I have also completed a MBCT Certification programme, a 10-day Vipassana Silent Meditation course and many others retreats and trainings.
