She believes that taking a holistic natural approach to nurturing the body, mind, and spirit is vital to creating a balanced and healthy life. She cultivates harmony by integrating various gentle energy practices with Yoga, Reiki, Qigong, and Meditation.
Penni is a Usui Reiki Ryoho Master Teacher registered with IARP, and a 200 HR E-RYT and YACEP, registered with Yoga Alliance. She holds additional certifications in; Yoga for Special Populations, Chair Yoga, Mind-Body Meditation, Yin Yoga, and Health Coach. She is also a Certified Flexologist specializing in PNF-assisted stretching.
