About the teacher:

Leo went trough intensive, full-time training as an apprentice and Teacher Trainee for over 7 year in India, Nepal and Thailand, where he met his Yoga & Meditation teachers on the Traditional Hatha Yoga (Yogacharya Abhiram Chaithanya, Praim Nidi, Prem Baba), Iyengar Yoga (Sharat Arora, Usha Devi, Zubin Zartoshtimanes, Rushad Batiwala), Krishnamacharya Yoga KYM Chennai Tantra Yoga (Swami Vivekananda), Buddhist meditationKhun Tanat, Ajan Po), Advayta Meditation (Sahajananda, Mooji).

One significant aspect in his development as a practitioner and a teacher was his university studies in Physical Education and Athletic Training early on. The fusion of his Yoga experience with his extensive knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics and Psychology greatly influenced his continually evolving Yoga technique and sharpened his unique teaching style that goes beyond all the divisions and differences of styles and methods.

He is a dedicated practitioner and an attentive teacher, who approaches Yoga as an experimental science. He stresses on developing awareness in one’s own body – breath -mind and discovering one’s true Self.

His approach to yoga is holistic. He will help you to learn and embrace the art of living in a wholehearted manner by applying its principles in everyday life, and enable you to realize how yoga and meditation are the stepping stones to restore wholeness in the body, mind and spirit.

That is what we are all seeking, both individually and collectively.
