Gitta Stagl MSC, MSC is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as a RYT, which means that they completed their yoga teacher training at an active RYS.

Gitta Stagl is a knowledge theorist, a supervisor and a Yoga teacher.

Her Yoga work is mainlly conducted in the form of one-on-one sessions and small study groups.

Although versed in a couple of Yoga styles and very interested in the discourse in Yoga via books, magazines and online, I do not "follow" any given style or methodical formula. I let myself be governed by what emerges in needs and wants for integrating the body in one's mind's doings.

I count on the student's curiosity to establish better understanding for and with his/her body.

I like to work with people from health-promoting, artistic and social professions prepared for using their body-related capabilities to tune their own instrument.
