Holly Whalen is the founder of Mind. Body. Soul. Holistic Therapy. She holds a degree in Exercise Science from Auburn University and is a dedicated yoga facilitator & wellness coach. Holly has managed hospital wellness centers, worked in corporate wellness, orthopedics, and rehabilitation, and conducted private sessions for individuals and athletes. She is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Sports Massage Therapist, a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and a certified Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TSTSY-F) through the Trauma Center at the Justice Resource Institute.
Yoga for healing is her passion. A significant life change brought Holly to the yoga mat in 2010. On the yoga mat, she found healing in breathwork and stillness.
She specializes in Yoga (Movement) for Mental Health: Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), Yoga for Recovery, Addiction & Eating Disorders, and Yoga for Stress & Anxiety. She also is an author and master trainer for 12-Step Yoga for Addiction and Eating Disorders.
Holly collaborates closely with Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Counselors, Orthopedists, Chiropractors, and treatment centers for patient care and client needs.
