I was born in Athens and at an early age, I discovered my true love for yoga.

I originally studied a 200hr Hatha Yoga teacher training course ( Heiron Kentavros )- ( 2007 – 2008) and then a 100hr Anusara Yoga training course with Todd Tessen, Sianna Sherman, Naime Jezzeny, Sue Elkind and Douglas Brooks. I attended several seminars at many yoga schools in order to gain more experience. My journey to India gave me a strong push. 

My love for kids motivated me to study 300hr Diploma-Yogakids International U.S.A. and 320hr Rainbow Family and Community Yoga Teacher Training- Tuscan, Italy. (Yoga for kids, conception, pregnancy, post natal, babies, adults, family, menstruation, seniors and partners) as well as 300hr Yoga teacher training, Vedansha, Rishikesh, India.

Since then, I have been teaching yoga to adults and kids, at schools, yoga studios, and holistic centers as well as organizing and teaching Yoga Teacher training courses (200hr and 95hr Yoga kids) certified by Yoga Alliance U.S.A. 

My first folktale, ‘’The tree that was always talking’’ was published in January 2014 and at the same year I founded Yoga Family Violet Alignment system. In 2015, my first collection of folktales “Yoga and folktales” was published by the Academy of poetry and folktales in Athens, Greece.

In 2018 Sophia Kritikou (Psychologist - special education teacher) and I created SoFo project, peer teaching in yoga practices for empowerment and self-regulation development which is a program related to Yoga for special needs and was awarded with the second prize by the EPR organization. In September of 2019, I opened Yoga Violet House, a yoga studio in Athens, Greece where Yoga Family Violet Alignment system is taught.
