Biography
Skila Ramirez specializes in the integration of eastern methods of healing with western medical models and neuroscience. She has been studying in the field of health, wellness, and holistic integration since 2005.She has experience working with a variety of neurological disorders stemming from, but not limited to, Parkinson's, MS, Stroke, and Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injuries. Her studies in anatomy and whole-body integration address a variety of structural issues such as knee, hip, replacements, shoulder surgeries, scoliosis, arthritic conditions and post-surgical reconstruction procedures. She is also able to address chronic pain in the body and comorbidities such as blood pressure dysregulation, diabetes and Reynaud’s syndrome. Her experience as a holistic practitioner includes not only being able to address the physical components and symptoms, but also mood regulation to address anxiety and depression.
