Skila specializes in applying holistic care to western medical models to address various physical, mental and emotional imbalances to achieve optimal health. Her in depth studies in therapeutic modalities of healing include working with chronic pain, neurological disorders, and emotional regulation. In addition to being an educator and master trainer, she also sits on faculty with YogaFit Training Systems Worldwide, the only yoga therapy school recognized by all US military branches to address mindfulness, trauma and PTSD.
She owns the holistic lifestyle company Sankalpa Wellness, providing products and services promoting optimal health.
