Over the past 6 years, I've explored the many deeper aspects of yin -- beyond asana: my class themes work around the 5 elements and energy meridians, empowering students with tools to take their practice ‘off the mat’. 

My focus is to show students how to adapt the practice to their bodies, making it more accessible.

A qualified Hatha and Yin yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance USA, I'm currently taking another 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Bernie Clarke.

I'm also a skilled Master Practitioner of NLP, having trained under co-founder Dr. Richard Bandler and the Society of Neuro Linguistic Programing (USA & UK).
