Gemma is trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Gemma attended her first yoga class at age 16 and has been on her yoga journey ever since. She has travelled worldwide learning from many yogic backgrounds. 

Gemma has also trained as a personal trainer, sports massage therapist, Thai yoga massage and is a reiki master. She loves to learn about the bodies energy systems, anatomy and function, and this shows through the way she teaches yoga. Through practicing yoga we cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-discover, connecting back to our truth.
