Gemma Williams, your Yoga tutor, has been teaching yoga since 2008. She has travelled worldwide to learn from different yoga backgrounds. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an Experienced advanced teacher (E-RYT 500) and as a Yoga alliance continuing education provider (YACEP).
Gem Yoga offers a range of yoga courses and workshops that you can include in your Yoga training hours. Workshop topics include: shoulder and hip anatomy, chakra balancing, inversions, adjustments and myofascial release.
