I am a Registered ERYT-500 with Yoga Alliance, as well as an a YACEP. I am also a Yoga Therapist, certified through IAYT. Additionally, I am a Reiki practitioner, soon to be a certified Reiki master.
My formal educational background is in Kinesiology and I meld movement science concepts into my yoga practice and teachings.
I currently teach asana and meditation classes online via Zoom through my own business Di4Yoga, and A Gentle Way Yoga. I see private yoga therapy, as well as Reiki clients in my home studio.
Life should be as fun as we can make it - and since Yoga is life - I believe it should also be as lighthearted and enjoyable as possible.
