I am a yoga therapist/instructor and movement science specialist, and have been teaching for nearly 20 years. In addition to movement oriented classes and workshops, I have also been part of the teaching staff of numerous YTT programs in San Diego County. I authored "Instructing Hatha Yoga: A Guide for Teachers and Students" 2nd ed., which was published by Human Kinetics Publishing in 2016.
