At Stri Wellness, we focus on children, teenager and women wellness and we follow the lineage of Sivananda and Iyengar. Our teachings are based on hatha yoga, Sivananda style and Iyengar style. 

Our specialized trainings focus on teaching techniques, tools, methodology, physiology and philosophy for kids, teenagers, women who are trying to conceive, pregnancy yoga to help women enjoy the sacred journey of motherhood without stress, fears and with ease, women who have just delivered we help to restart their yoga journey to build strength and stamina, to be able to deal with those difficult times that come post delivery of a baby. We also help senior citizen with the holistic teachings of Yoga to grow gracefully.
