Tara is a knowledgeable and empathetic teacher who has guided me and our group to fulfill our potential as yoga instructors. She has allowed me to flourish so that I finished the course with the competence and confidence to go forward into teaching what has become a huge part of my life. YTT with Tara Vitality O'Neill has been a very rewarding experience. I have learnt so much about myself before I even begin to think about what I have learnt about yoga with Taras traditional approach, keeping me grounded always & giving me space to grow & to develop my learning, practice & understanding of everything she teaches. I feel now, I am at the beginning of a journey that without Tara I may not be on. Sending much love & gratitude to Tara always 🙏 Full Review
