I have waited many years to complete a teacher training and am so grateful to have chosen Powerflow School of Yoga for this journey. So many of my favorite yoga teachers have come from the training at PFY, so I knew that is where I would have to go once I got the chance. Stacey Bell and Autumn Perez led this training. Stacey is an incredible teacher and trainer of teachers. Her wealth of knowledge on anatomy and all aspects of yoga is expansive and thorough. She is able to get at the teacher heart of each and every one of her students in the room and help them grow in confidence from that space. Autumn is also a fantastic teacher whose steadiness and encouragement gives her students the confidence to make mistakes and learn from them as we moved through the course content ultimately making us better teachers in the end. The structure of the program allowed me to learn so much and immediately put it into practice so that by the end of the program, I felt more than prepared to teach. I would highly recommend completing teacher training at Powerflow Yoga. I cannot wait to continue attending trainings from Powerflow Yoga in the future. Full Review
