Designed and developed by iLa Yoga® founders Bridget and Dakota Shae, this program lends to taking an in depth look into inquiry based movement application through the practice of yoga. Accessible to all levels of practitioners, our trainings empower each student to find their yoga, creates a safe and welcoming space to learn, and delivers the knowledge and tools needed to begin the journey into teaching.
We offer certified teacher training programs each year in Washington State, as well as at the Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort in Nosara Costa Rica. In addition to educational programs, we also offer fun and transformative yoga and wellness retreats in Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Pacific Northwest each year.
