Inspira Yoga was founded by Mark Ansari and Raquel Salvador. Following many years of yoga practice, teaching and training, Mark and Raquel set up Inspira Yoga with an aim to give students the tools they need to shine and discover their full potential.

Inspira Yoga is a Registered Yoga Alliance School for 200 and 500 hour Teacher Training Courses. We are dedicated to offering Yoga Teacher Training Courses and retreats around the world, embracing the study and practice of a variety of yoga techniques.

Inspira Yoga is committed to share the virtues and principles of yoga with a strong emphasis on safety, integrity and personal attention. With this knowledge, new graduates can teach not only from the head, as a result of their studies, but also from the heart, as a result of a deeply felt practice.

- Very experienced teachers who have actually been in Asia and learned/ practiced / taught there. - No fluff, just substance. - Good structure to the course eg philosophy interconnected with history, anatomy. A lot of content for future teachers. - Great combination of London based weekends with the final week in a beautiful surroundings in Spain. Works amazingly well for people who has full time jobs or have other commitments. - Intimate small groups and a lot of personal attention from our teachers. - I truly enjoyed every second of that course.
