Our yoga teacher training programs are aimed to spread wellness by meeting the increased demand for quality yoga instructors in the industry with the most elaborated training methodology in the region. 

 

Our commitment is to provide honest, empathetic and impactful yoga teachers who will be internationally recognized in the yoga fraternity. We will train a new breed of yoga instructors who will create bench marks for other instructors in the industry.

Dr Kasi is very knowledgable and has credibility when it comes to understanding true yoga philosophy. You are basically learning from an authentic source who's background and career is deeply rooted in this field. Also alot of time and energy went into helping me as a total beginner to yoga work on my flexibility and tailor made plans were created to help me get quicker results in improving my flexibility which I was deeply grateful for. Happy to have found this yoga studio. Teachers here are passionate and take their time to explain. Dr Kasi is an excellent teacher and always ready to give more. Overall good studio, dedicated staff and wonderful experience. Full Review
